Η σπασμένη πολυθρόνα - Παύλος Παυλίδης

 

Το ωραιότερο ταξίδι που 'χω κάνει

ήταν επάνω στη σπασμένη πολυθρόνα

που άφησαν πίσω όταν φύγαν οι τσιγγάνοι

σε μια αλάνα μέσ' στη μέση του χειμώνα

 

Έβλεπα έτσι από μπροστά μου να περνάνε

κάτι σπασμένοι ουρανοί με χελιδόνια

Κάτι κλαδιά να εξαπλώνονται σαν χρόνια

μέσ' στην ομίχλη, το καραβάνι

 

Το ωραιότερο τραγούδι που 'χω ακούσει

το είπε ένας καπετάνιος πριν πεθάνει:

"το πιο ωραίο

το πιο ωραίο

το πιο ωραίο είναι το επόμενο λιμάνι"

 

Έτσι ταξίδεψα μακριά στην Ισπανία

ένα απόγευμα, που είχε λιακάδα

Όλη η Μεσόγειος μια παραλία

μία κυρία περπατάει στη Γρανάδα

 

Τα μαλλιά της είναι άσπρα, το μαντήλι

είναι λευκό, μα η ματιά της είναι μαύρη

Από μικρό παιδί το γιο της είχε στείλει

στο μέρος που μουγκρίζουνε οι ταύροι

 

Παραπατάει ο ταυρομάχος στην αρένα

αλλά και ο ταύρος τώρα πια παραπατάει

Μπρος στα ρουθούνια του λιβάδια ανθισμένα

το πλήθος όρθιο, χειροκροτάει

 

Μέσ' στην αρένα που μαζεύτηκαν τα πλήθη

να ξαναδούν απ' την αρχή το ίδιο τέλος

ένα κορίτσι ακονίζει με το νύχι

πίσω απ' την πλάτη μας του έρωτα το βέλος

 

Ο ταυρομάχος παίρνει φόρα και χτυπάει

όλοι νομίζουν ότι ζουν σε παραμύθι

Αυτή ακίνητη στα μάτια τον κοιτάει

τη χαιρετάει, θα τον πετύχει

 

Το ομορφότερο κορίτσι της Γρανάδας
